Natural herpes remedy research is summarized by Dr. Alan R. Gaby, MD, in this free article from Alternative Medicine Review. This review explains the best dietary strategies and the best natural substances for treatment. Here is the link to this medical research report.
Step One…
Of course, the first step that I strongly advocate is get my free book on treating herpes naturally (see right column).
Then read Dr. Gaby’s research review. Pay particular attention to the dietary changes that he suggests. These are the easiest things you can do for preventing outbreaks. Then follow his advice, or at least add it to your anti-herpes arsenal, regarding natural substances for treatment.

OK I have a bold statement! Modern day Autoimmune Diseases are nothing more than a Virus!!! These people have latent, recurring, infections from a virus in this viral family. I have been an infusion RN since 1993. I am also curious by nature and most obsessed with human behavior and why? I therefore, constantly collect study worthy data from my patients. Presently 90% are autoimmune and most of my hospital pt’s are undiagnosed autoimmune. One may be called POTS, or Gullian Berrea, or Fibromylgia, or Lupus, etc etc etc, but they all have the same disease. The differentiating factor in symptoms is either in the number, 1-9, possibly a disseminated form we have yet to identify, or where in the brain the virus is cohabitating synergistically with mimicary. My therory of why such an increase in occurance….. easy….. Destroying the natural balance of nature’s habitat with the overuse and misuse of antibiotics, pollution, and taking from precious mother earth, I gained this knowledge by spending countless hours asking questions and taking the time to listen to my patients over my almost 20 years of experience. Problem is detection. So few show positive in blood, most only visable when active and accessability of viral labs. Help to get people thinking VIRAL! Reatta

I have just found out that i have been living with herpes for the best of twenty years. It turns out that I mistook herpes symtoms for yeast infections because I am
diabetic. Non if my annual tests showed anything different.
For the last fifteen years I have been plaqued with swollen feet. A friend suggested that at my next annual I request a STD test and gave me the type to be sure to get. The result came up with exposure to herpes.
I am looking for some help in relief from the swelling.
Each year it seem to get worse. And this year it actually hurts real bad.
Do you have any remedial help for swellen feet?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, Roselyn:
I’ve been looking into this problem recently. It seems that the two factors that contribute to it, which are not normally considered, are: 1) sitting down too much during the day; and, 2) dehydration. So far this means that just standing up more often and drinking more water should help.
All the best,
Dennis

Hi, Reatta:
Yes, a bold statement for mainstream medicine. Not so bold for us alternative types. I have seen this idea before, and there is some evidence to support it. Thanks for your comments.
All the best,
Dennis
